Services Provided

Lum’s Detailing Services LLC provides professional vehicle detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning and other specialized auto appearance treatments. Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All services are available by appointment only. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so that we may address your concerns. Customers are expected to disclose the condition of their vehicles before service. Additional charges may apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, severe stains, biohazards, or other abnormal levels of dirt or contamination. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses safety, health, or environmental concerns.

Vehicle Protection

While we take great care to protect your vehicle, Lum’s Detailing Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as scratches, dents, weakened components, or issues caused by aftermarket installations. We are also not liable for personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment.

Weather

For mobile detailing services, inclement weather may require a rescheduling of your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases. Payment is due at the time of service unless previously arranged, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. We proudly offer a 25% discount to military personnel, veterans, and first responders with valid identification.
