At Lum’s Detailing Services LLC, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We take great pride in the quality and professionalism of our work and aim to deliver the highest standard of vehicle detailing services to every customer. Due to the nature of our services, which are labor-intensive and customized to each vehicle, all sales are considered final once a service has been completed.
We do not offer full or partial refunds for completed services unless there is a clear and verifiable issue directly related to the quality of the service provided. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your detail, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will assess your concerns and, if applicable, offer a resolution which may include a re-cleaning of the affected area(s) at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations, unreported pre-existing conditions, or services that were delivered as described but did not meet subjective preferences. We also do not provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as your scheduled appointment reserves time and resources specific to your vehicle.
In cases where a deposit is required for a service, that deposit is non-refundable unless Lum’s Detailing Services LLC cancels the appointment or fails to fulfill the scheduled service. If a customer fails to appear or cancels last minute, the deposit will be forfeited. Any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
